These Terms of Service ("Agreement") establish the terms under which Ragasonic, Inc. ("Ragasonic," "we," "us," or "our") provides you ("you," "your," or "user") access to our AI-powered meeting assistant platform available through our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you're using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

1. Our RAG-Powered Services

RAG Intelligence Features

  • • AI meeting assistant with enterprise knowledge access
  • • Real-time RAG-powered insights during conversations
  • • Instant retrieval from connected knowledge bases
  • • Meeting transcription and intelligent summarization
  • • Knowledge-enhanced coaching and recommendations

Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our RAG-powered Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms and our documentation.

Knowledge Base Integration

Ragasonic's RAG technology connects to your enterprise knowledge sources (CRM, documentation, wikis) to provide contextual intelligence during meetings. You control which knowledge sources are connected and can revoke access at any time.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use our AI meeting assistant, you'll need to create an account and provide accurate registration information including your name, email, organization details, and payment information for paid plans.

Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Prohibited Technical Use

  • • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • • Create derivative works or competitive services
  • • Remove proprietary notices or branding
  • • Distribute or resell our technology

Prohibited Content Use

  • • Record meetings without proper consent
  • • Upload unlawful or harmful content
  • • Violate third-party intellectual property
  • • Interfere with our service operations

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. We'll automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel at least 3 days prior.

  • • All fees exclude applicable taxes (your responsibility)
  • • Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest charges
  • • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings or email contact@ragasonic.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Your Meeting Data

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of all meeting recordings, transcripts, and content you upload to our Services. We only process this data to provide our Services to you.

Your Responsibilities

You warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload your meeting data and that it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

Recording Consent Requirements

You must obtain proper consent from all meeting participants before using our AI bot to record meetings. While our bot displays "(Recording)" in its name for transparency, you remain responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Technology

Ragasonic owns all rights to our AI technology, software, algorithms, and platform features. This includes our proprietary meeting analysis models and user interfaces.

Your Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about our Services becomes our property, allowing us to use it to improve our platform without compensation to you.

7. Service Availability & Termination

Service Suspension

We may suspend your access if you breach these terms or if your usage disrupts our Services or violates applicable laws.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement. Upon termination, we may delete your data and you must stop using our Services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Disclaimers

AI Accuracy: Our AI transcription and analysis are provided "as-is" without accuracy guarantees. Always review AI-generated content before relying on it.

Service Availability: We don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Third-Party Platforms: We're not responsible for issues with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) that affect our bot's performance.

Liability Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGASONIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING).

9. Data Usage & Analytics

Aggregated Analytics

We may use your meeting data in aggregated, anonymized form to improve our AI models and develop new features. This statistical information won't identify you or your organization.

10. Legal & Miscellaneous

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in California state or federal courts.

Agreement Updates

We may update these Terms by posting changes to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Complete Agreement
